Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival

Arrival at the Zvartnots International Airport. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 2. Yerevan City Tour

Breakfast at the hotel. We’ll have an amazing City Tour through Armenia’s capital Yerevan. You will see the Republic Square, Mashtots Avenue, the House of Opera and Ballet after Aram Khachatryan, the park “Cascade”, Armenian Vernissage and more. During the tour you will also visit the manuscript museum of Armenia- called Matenadaran. Here all the ancient Armenian Manuscripts are kept. Then visit to "Cafesjian Center for the Modern Arts" situated in the center of Yerevan in Cascade Complex.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3. Yerevan/Business Part-Ararat Brandy Factory

Breakfast at the hotel. Business part (coffee break, lunch, dinner – in the hotel). Visit to Yerevan’s "Ararat Brandy Factory"-renowned producer of Armenian brandy. The factory has been a symbol of Armenian heritage and craftsmanship for over a century. Here you can have a guided tour, learn about the history, production process, and the art of brandy-making.

Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4. Yerevan/Business Part-Garni-Geghard-Symphony of Stones-Yerevan

Breakfast. Business part (coffee break, lunch, dinner- at the hotel).

Take a trip to Garni. You will walk along the canyon, by the beautiful columnar basalt 9th century stone bridge over the Azat River to Garni the Pagan Temple, built in the 1 Century AD. In 1679 it was destroyed by earthquake. In the 1975 the Temple was restored. Then visit to Symphony of Stones -the majestic natural monument at the Azat River Gorge. The locals named this natural composition a “Symphony of Stones” because the stones resemble to a musical instrument – the organ. Continue the tour to Geghard Monastery (the name came from the legendary lance that was used to pierce the body of Christ, which was kept here for centuries). Though the exact foundation of the monastery is unknown, the present complex was built in the mid – 13th century. Drive back to Yerevan. On the way you will visit a local house where you will have the chance to see and participate in the preparation of the Armenian bread- lavash and you will also taste Armenian Barbeque.

Return and overnight in Yerevan.

Day 5. Departure

Transfer and departure from the Zvartnots International Airport.
